ICCP

For the offshore renewable market our ICCP technology can be used to protect all different foundation types against corrosion. This ranges from monopiles to jackets and to floating wind structures.

Our systems are completely adjusted to meet all offshore standards and survive the harsh environments they are located in. For each different type of foundation there is a different advantage using our technology.

Ultrasonic Anti Fouling (UAF)

When using our Ultrasonic Anti Fouling solution, you are able to reduce the loads on a structure dramatically.
For example, studies with our partners, we have shown that loads can be reduces as below. This is an immidiate cost saver on steel and CAPEX costs, in some cases up till 15%.

  • Monopile structure, up till 8% of the hydrodynamic load can be reduced. Depending on the region your wind farm is located.
  • Jacket structure, up till 11% of the hydrodynamic load can be reduced. Depending on the region your wind farm is located.

When using a floating structure, literally tonnes of additional weight can be conserved, with the added benefit of making sure critical spots are fouling free, so that welded joints can be checked more easily and effectively. What’s more, all of this is achieved without doing any harm to the surrounding environment and sea life!

Jackets
UAF:

  • Up till 11% of load reduction
  • Easier inspection of critical welds

ICCP:

  • Reduce tons of weight
  • Save 50% on your CP costs
  • Environmental friendly, no more polution
Monopile
UAF:

  • Up till 8% of load reduction
  • Reduce inspection time & cleaning

ICCP:

  • More effective CP system
  • Reduce CP costs
  • Environmental friendly, no more pollution
Floating Structures
UAF:

  • Reduce weight by lowering marine growth
  • Easier inspection of critical welds

ICCP:

  • Reduce even more weight!
  • Reduce CP costs up till 50%
  • Always know the protection status
